About me

My name is Fee, I'm 27 years old and I was born and raised in Germany where I met my amazing husband. I'm a proud mommy to two beautiful children: [Madeline / 7 and Kaiden / 10 months] They are my pride & joy! My husband & best friend [Kevin] has been in the Army for 11 years now, 8 of them with me by his side. He is a 11 C Mortarman [Infantry] AKA Grunt! We're currently surviving our 3rd deployment together [His 5th: 1 to Kosovo, 3 to Iraq and now Afghanistan]! It's hard for me and the kids and we miss him like crazy!! Luckily I have an amazing group of friends here, most of them are military wives themselves and know exactly what I am going through. Having such a great support system helps a lot! I really miss Germany and my family but 'Home is where the Army sends us' which is Fort Campbell/ KY for now. I am very grateful that I have had the opportunity to be a stay at home mom, but I hope to be a nurse one day. I've been looking into becoming a CNA [Certified Nursing Assistant] first. I know this Job isn't for everyone, it will be tough but also a great way for me to really test myself on my goal to become a nurse and to work in a healthcare setting. I can't wait to sign up for classes as soon as my husband returns and then hopefully find a job as a CNA and see where it takes me.

 Interests:

I love taking pictures [my camera is with me at all times], I scrap-book and get crafty every once in a while. I enjoy cooking, I like to run and try to stay physically fit {although I've been slacking lately!!!} And I read a lot!!
